Our Process - Process

Generally, the first contact would be an enquiry from you the prospective client either by telephone or e-mail.

Following the enquiry we would make contact to arrange a visit to your home at a convenient date and time. During this consultation, we would discuss what you require the area for, the style of the existing building, the style of the conservatory, any possible planning or building regulation issues. We would also offer general advice on others Aspects such as under floor heating, solar control glazing, paint finishes, building works. At this point, we would take general site dimensions and possibly photographs to enable us to provide a design.
